    Join us for a morning of movement, community, and cultural connection at the inaugural North American Friendship Run!

    Run, walk, or cheer alongside neighbors from many backgrounds as we celebrate friendship, health, diversity, and unity right here in Western New York. Bring your family and friends and be part of this uplifting community event.

    A Mental Health & Wellness Workshop for the Community – Find Balance, Resilience, and Connection through Culture

    Discover balance at “Wellness Throughout Culture,” a four hour workshop featuring meditation, Tai Chi/Yoga, and a mental health panel with local experts. Gain practical tools for stress relief and resilience while building community through the cultural traditions.
